Inkhead full walkthrough: Bosses, Route, and Ending

Follow Inkhead from tutorial to the Clock King with linked gameplay timestamps, a boss checklist, and notes on differing world labels.

Inkhead full walkthrough: where to start

To follow Inkhead from the tutorial through the ending, start with BubbleBlox’s tutorial segment, then use the timestamped checklist below to find each encounter. The Cringe Kids’ full-run video places The Clock King at 48:38 and the ending at 53:03.

Inkhead is the Roblox experience by Trout Land. It is inspired by Cuphead but has its own encounters; this guide does not use Cuphead boss strategies.

This walkthrough is a navigation guide to player footage, not a set of playtested boss tactics. Encounter names and their sequence below follow the uploader’s chapter labels, which do not establish an official required order.

Before your first boss

The official Roblox description establishes the basics:

  • You play as an ink jar with a pea shooter.
  • Pink objects can be parried.
  • You can play solo or in co-op.
  • Difficulty options include Casual and Expert.
  • Your overall objective is to take down the Clock King.

For a first run, consider starting on Casual while you learn. That is a recommendation, not a progression requirement.

Two useful starting points in BubbleBlox’s walkthrough are:

The supplied evidence does not establish exact keyboard, controller, or mobile bindings. Follow the prompts in your current game rather than assuming Cuphead’s controls apply.

Full-run encounter checklist

All timestamps in this table link to The Cringe Kids’ full walkthrough. Use it as a viewing checklist: find the encounter you are playing, watch that section, and return to the next chapter when you are ready.

These are uploader labels, not a verified official boss roster or mandatory progression sequence. The index also includes named segments such as Driftwood Dash and Gearworks Gauntlet; their inclusion does not independently prove that every entry is a boss.

Finding your world in the walkthroughs

The Cringe Kids’ full-run description names four worlds: Clockwork Cove, Sugarplum Shores, Rickety Ridge, and The Clock King’s Castle. Their separate world videos provide these additional navigation points:

  • Clockwork Cove: The World 1 walkthrough lists Tick-Tock Tobias through Nimbus Nell.
  • Rickety Ridge: The World 3 walkthrough lists Buck Toothington, Admiral Angler, Countess Itsy, Junkyard Jaws, Boss Burrows, The Great Puppetini, and The Iron Condor.
  • The Clock King’s Castle: The World 4 walkthrough lists Maestro Metronome, The Clock King, and the ending.

World numbering differs between uploaders. BubbleBlox labels a World 2 segment immediately before Buck Toothington and World 3 immediately before Countess Itsy. The Cringe Kids groups both Buck Toothington and Admiral Angler into its Rickety Ridge video.

Match the encounter name when switching videos rather than relying on a creator’s world number. The supplied material does not resolve these differences or establish Sugarplum Shores’ exact encounter boundaries.

What the verified gameplay shows

A verified frame at 30:02 in the full run, within the uploader’s Admiral Angler chapter, shows two player characters firing yellow projectiles toward a large orange fish-like boss. The boss is also firing a large yellow projectile, and the visible HUD reads HP: 1.

That observation gives you a visual reference for finding the scene and shows co-op combat in player footage. It does not establish a guaranteed safe position, exact projectile damage, or a complete attack pattern.

When reviewing an encounter, watch a short stretch before each hit and compare your position with the projectiles on screen. This is a practical way to study footage, not a claim that a particular movement will always work.

The Clock King and ending

For the shortest video reference to the final stretch, use The Cringe Kids’ Castle walkthrough:

  1. 0:00 — Maestro Metronome
  2. 4:04 — The Clock King
  3. 8:29 — Ending

The uploader identifies The Clock King as the final boss and labels the ending separately. Stop before the ending timestamp if you want help with the fight without spoiling what follows.

No exact phase breakdown, required loadout, unlock conditions, or completion rewards are established by the supplied evidence. Use the linked footage for encounter reference and the official Inkhead page to launch the correct game.
